    Census Returns
    Every 10 years since 1841, apart from during World War 2, a nationwide census has taken place in the United Kingdom. This information is protected until 100 years have passed, and therefore we have only examined the census that are currently available.

    At present, we have obtained the information from the 1841 census, but have not been able to record into our system. We will then examine the 1911 census which has been released early.
